Pbs testing run info

This script is meant to be daemonized (with daemonize program) to get the assertion failure of uc_planner after a test run with the PBS testing scheduler.

It is incomplete at the moment. 

Usage for pbs_testing_run_info
        [-i #]          PBS Job Id.
        [-d dir]        Directory to find PBS stdout and stderr files.
        [-l file]       Log file for a run.
        [-t dir]        Testing directory.
