These docs describe the procedures that should be followed when running or participating in a demo. They should describe how to handle the bot, how to handle spectators, where to safely place people, etc.

The current Powerpoint presentation & videos are located on cbserver.

  • Discuss CajunBot and the Urban Challenge. This can include some video clips such the Area A NQE test or the Discovery Channel video clip. Keep 5-10 min.
  • Discuss how the 3D world is used for CajunBot, and how we can use it now.
  • Discuss the process of data collection and simulation. Include pictures.
  • Discuss relationship with Dr. Sun.
  • Describe the demo
    • What is shown?
    • Where is it?
    • Why do it?
    • What are the participants expecting to see?
  • Show the demo of the simulation (such as Girard Park)
  • Show the model of the UL Quad
  • Show real time data collection (currently in progress, not ready for upcoming demo)
