Senator Landrieu visits Team CajunBot

Team CajunBot was paid a surprise visit by Senator Mary Landrieu. The visit was made possible thanks to Dr. Bob Stewart of the National Wetlands Research Center. During the visit we gave the Senator an impromptu overview of the robot, showed her some of your latest technology, and outlined to her our plans for the next challenge.

Hunter Trahan delivers new Jeep for CajunBot II

Hunter Trahan of Lafayette Motors delivered a brand new Jeep to serve as CajunBot II. Dr. Ray Authement, President of UL Lafayette, and Dr. Steve Landry, VP Academic Affairs were there to receive Hunter. Its not just any Jeep. Its bright red, Ragin Cajun color, Jeep. CajunBot II will proudly carry the UL colors. Hunter had to search far and wide to get the right vehicle. He finally found the just the right one with a dealer in Florida. Team CajunBot thanks Hunter Trahan, Robert Trahan, and Lafayette Motors for their support.
